Nutella Oreo Brownie Cupcakes

Nutella Oreo Brownie Cupcakes...
Same thing here, I followed this recipe : http://presleyspantry.com/2013/01/07/oreo-nutella-brownie-cupcakes/....and it turns out to be.......really really.....WOAH!

 1/4 stick of butter (unsalted) 

 1 cup of sugar (caster)

 Mixed it 

 Add 3 eggs & 1 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

 Add in the flour 

 In this case, I added the *almost-whole-jar* of Nutella 

 MIX MIX MIX

 Put 1 tablespoon of the batter into e mould. Oreo. Then another 1 tablespoon of batter.

 Put it in a preheated 180 degrees oven, bake it for 20 mins or so....

Top it with chocolate frosting (shld try out the Nutella frosting)

Little Devil's cupcake............Sinful yet irresistible.

Stress stress stress stress stressed!

Needa some time off! Had being stressing for all the assignments * strenuous tasks* ....so...It's time to do some...BAKING!

Well, I'm using Betty Crocker's Chocolate Chip Cookie mix again! (all time favourite)  :*
This time round, I added some extra ingredients to the mix (besides the normal : butter & egg)

Ingredients:
1. BC Cookie Mix
2. 1 large egg
3. 1 1/2 Tablespoon of cocoa powder *
4. 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract *
5. 1 tablespoon of white chocolate *

*extra ingredients

So....here are steps! :

Add cocoa powder AND white chocolate ;mix and stir it.

113g of butter!

Add the egg

I know it looks disgusting...but trust me it taste AWESOME!
